Typical of many west Auckland houses, the back door is often used as the main entrance to the home.  As was the case for this Ultrashade, (0800 Sunshade Auckland representative), client.

However, the client faced the issue of the back door immediately leading into a laundry area before entering the actual house. The confined space meant there was not enough room to install a bi-folding door or any other door system to ‘hide’ the laundry.

Mike Walls, director of Ultrashade, recommended the client install 0800 Sunshade’s  Ezytrak system with a PVC mesh screen in a matching decor colour to overcome the issues of space and appearance.

The Ezytrak retractable screen requires only a 25mm width to house the side channels and the self-drive, pre-sprung roller was hidden with a pelmet attached to the roller’s brackets.

While Ezytrak is extremely popular as an all-weather protection system for closing in decks and verandas, it is also an inexpensive and attractive solution for hiding unsightly work areas such as laundries, office storage areas, tool or work benches and even close of store fronts and doors in shopping malls.
